Return Policy

  • It is your responsibility to notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item, stating the reason. Customers are responsible for shipping, and associated costs will be covered by them.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Please note, purchases made during sales are not eligible for refunds but only exchanges.
  • To ensure safe transit, use a trackable, insured service for returns. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
  • We only accept authorized returns; unauthorized ones may be rejected. Items must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date to qualify for a refund.
